All our Serviced or Managed Offices to rent in Farnham are open 24/7 for our customers. Meeting rooms are generally available in office hours, but in several of our sites we allow evening and weekend meeting room bookings.

We are always as flexible as possible with our offices to match what your business requirements. Typically we offer an initial three month period, then a rolling 2 or 3 month license. For customers who want the security of an office for longer we can accomodate longer term Licenses.

One of the benefits of a serviced or managed office is that all the costs are included. The often hidden costs such as electricity, water, rates, insurance etc are all included in our monthly cost. We invoice in advance monthly.

For our offices we always complete credit checks and a deposit is normally 2 months, held in a secure account. This is returnable when you leave our offices.

Serviced Offices in Farnham will cost from £500 for a 1-2 person office. Obviously larger offices cost more. This monthly charge includes electricity, gas, rates, furniture and 24/7 access. Dedicated desks in a shared environment are also available.

Our aim is to make renting an office in Farnham easy, so you can concentrate on growing your business. On most of our office sites we include everything. On-site parking is normally the only add on (but euqally we can include parking in the rent).
